e-mail notification for approved kudos

Description
After submitting a kudos to be minted, I got an e-mail with a very very long codefund link.
Would be better if I was getting an e-mail that it was submitted and it's waiting approval (linking to the marketplace)
and then an e-mail when it was actually approved and it's visible, with an e-mail to the kudos itself.
