Toggle off grants shills in the townsquare

As a new user visiting gitcoin during grant rounds, I find lots of grants shills in the Townsquare. Imho those kinds of posts shouldn't be reflected in the `connect` but in the `Grants` section:

Understand if engagement with the community increases or stays the same, atm looks like it's decreasing because of the Townsquare inundated by those posts
