User Account Maturity Indicator

### User Story

As new user signs up in the platform they will always explore things then encounter restrictions for their account being too new. Such as unable to Receive Kudos. This is because security measures placed for accounts to be a week old before getting access to such feature and users dont know about it.

### Why Is this Needed
An account maturity should be visible alongside corresponding restrictions description so it will eliminate asking questions why things are and more transparency.

### Description
Add an Account age indicator in dashboard with information of rank or maturity description similar to Contributor Rank indicators.
We can have three indicators (sample legends only):
1. N for Novice with account age 0 - 3 days
2. A for Advanced beginner with account age 4 -7 days
3. M for Full Member with account age >7

User must log into their account every day for the number of days to be counted as matured.
