Bounty Payment doesnt Work

Having issue paying out bounty when I select pay, nothing happens.

I would like to switch the from: account to a different wallet as well

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Payout Bounty.
Then when selecting payout button nothing works.

Start with the bounty payout flow described in the issue and reproduce it by selecting Payout Bounty, then selecting the payout button. Use the attached screenshot and verify whether changing the from account to another wallet is part of the expected behavior. Done means the payout action responds correctly and the account-switching behavior is resolved or clearly documented.
