User can't import Github avatar

**Overview**
A user is trying to import their Github avatar to their Gitcoin profile but it won't persist.

**Steps To Reproduce**
1. Impersonate user ncookiez
2. Go to My Account -> Settings -> Account
3. Scroll down to Profile Photo
4. Click "Use Github Avatar" (you should see success message)
5. Refresh page

**Observed behavior**
The Gitcoin avatar reverts back to our default image

**Expected behavior**
The user's avatar should remain as the Github avatar

Start by reproducing the issue through My Account → Settings → Account and the Profile Photo control, then trace how the GitHub avatar selection is persisted. The work is done when selecting "Use Github Avatar" survives a page refresh and the Gitcoin profile continues showing that avatar.
