[bug] missing-contributions

**Overview**

When a grant owner verifies that a tax has been successful in their wallet it should automatically sync with the gitcoin cron, but this does not always happen due to large amounts of contributions, weighing this the Gitcoin team created an app for donors add transactions. However, a grant owner has access to this application and can create new contributions with valid fees.

I ended up discovering this bug trying to speed up rate detection in my consectioni:

1. Go to 'https://gitcoin.co/grants/add-missing-contributions
2. Choose one network
3. add Tx id or Addresss (transactions sucess)
4. Wait green Pop up
5. Go to you Grants page

My expectation is that a filter will be valid for this, that it will be validated as its own grants, or that it will be valid not accepted.
