User has to add self as team member to proceed

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to bounty explorer
2. View a bounty that is accepting work
3.start work

**Observed behavior**
User cannot proceed until adding themselves as a team member

**Expected behavior**
Automatically add the user submitting work as a team member, or let them proceed with the assumption that they are already a team member.. What ever is easiest dev wise.
