**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a bounty w new bounty creation
2. Fill out all steps to get to step 3
3. Open bounty type ahead
4. Type in a search
5. Remove search from type ahead, empty field
6. Reopen type ahead

**Observed behavior**
Typeahead is still showing results based on the previous search

**Expected behavior**
Typeahead should clear the search and show an unfiltered list

Reproduce the issue through the new bounty creation flow, reaching step 3 and testing the bounty owner typeahead. Trace the typeahead entry point and its search state after clearing the field, then verify that reopening it shows an unfiltered list.
