Onboarding flow breaks on avatar selection if the user is not creating new avatar

**Overview**
In the onboarding flow, if the user chooses a preset or doesn't wants to create a new avatar there is no way to go on next step.

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://gitcoin.co/onboard/'
2. Go till the selecting avatar step
3. Till you don't save avatar there is no way to go to next

**Observed behavior**
No next button if a user doesn't wants to create a new avatar or wants to select a preset avatar

**Expected behavior**
Next button in the preset avatar or your avatars tab
