GR13 grant contributions to Bloom Network receiving an error of infinity ETH required

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to [https://gitcoin.co/grants/1595/bloom-network](https://gitcoin.co/grants/1595/bloom-network)
2. Click on add to cart and check out
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

**Observed behavior**
When checking out with Bloom Network in the cart, user receives the error that minimum infinity ETH is required, as attached in the screenshots.

**Expected behavior**
Donations with ETH and ERC20 tokens should be able to go through directly.

Supporting info that might be helpful - we changed the name of our grant this week before the round started. The current and correct grant url is https://gitcoin.co/grants/1595/bloom-network
