Retire My Account > Dashboard

**User Story:**
As Gitcoin
I want to retire My Account > Dashboard
So that we are keeping our product lean with only value add features to maintain

**Acceptance Criteria**

**Removing Link From Me Menu**
GIVEN I am logged into Gitcoin
WHEN I open the Me menu
THEN the "Dashboard" link should no longer be part of that menu

**Stopping URL Routing**
GIVEN I am logged into Gitcoin
WHEN i try to navigate to the following URL: https://gitcoin.co/dashboard
THEN I should be redirected to the main profile page
AND a user should not be able route to that page in any manner
