Celo Payments throwing Error

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open a bounty
2. Receive submissions for bounty
3. Select submission for payout
4. Payout said bounty to a Celo Address

**Observed behavior**
Payment has a success tx hash, but we are throwing an error. User is having to mannually add the tx hash in order to get the bounty status to closed.

**Expected behavior**
Bounty picks up the successful tx hash and allows for the user to close without manually adding the tx hash.

- Where do we get test celo tokens?
- Does Celo use meta mask? If not, what wallet should we use?
- Does Celo have a test net?
