**User Story:**
As a Gitcoin user
I want to remove the "Increase your impact up to 150%" on my profile when I already have a 150% trust bonus
So that I am not confused about my current status
**Acceptance Criteria**
GIVEN that I have a trust bonus of 150%
WHEN I look at the trust bonus tab of my profile
THEN I do not see the "Increase your impact up to 150%" CTA banner

Right now you can see that the banner shows up even though the user's bar is maxed out.
