GETKINETIK — neutral DePIN integrity bureau (public Sybil reads + verify-device API)

## Summary

GETKINETIK is an independent, neutral DePIN bureau that publishes reproducible integrity reads on public network data — duplicate coordinates, capacity overflows, supply concentration — plus a hardware-backed device attestation API. No token. No equity in networks we grade. Open source.

## Problem

DePIN networks publish growth metrics, but outsiders often cannot verify whether rewarded supply is real. Wallet-level Sybil resistance (Base Verify, PoP, etc.) does not answer the device layer: stacked hotspots, duplicate GPS claims, over-capacity cells. Partners and researchers need neutral, checkable reads — not another earnings aggregator or token pitch.

## What we ship (public, today)

- **Public Sybil reports** — Geodnet, WeatherXM, Hivemapper, Helium IoT/Mobile, Natix (methodology + reproducible steps)
- **Genesis Score** — 0–1000 public reputation index; methodology published
- **Partner API** — `/api/verify-device` (Ed25519 hardware-sealed device identity + public verifier)
- **Daily DePIN signal index** — neutral cross-network reads at getkinetik.app
- **Android app** — device attestation (iOS parity in progress)

## Why public goods / research

All findings cite public endpoints only — "we publish what the API returns." Reports are grep-able by network ops teams without internal access. The verifier is offline-capable and license-open. We deliberately do not issue a token or take equity in graded networks (Carfax-style neutrality).

## Funding use

- Expand audited DePIN networks (more public registry reads)
- Android/iOS parity for device attestation
- Keep daily signal + Sybil reports current (infra + API costs)
- Partner outreach materials (neutral, no shill)
