Support Offline-First AI & Knowledge Infrastructure (Project Epizo)

## Overview
Project Epizo is an open-source, offline-first system designed to ensure access to knowledge, education, maps, and AI — even without internet connectivity.

We are building infrastructure that allows communities to run local AI models, access offline Wikipedia and educational content, and operate fully independent of cloud services. This is especially critical for regions affected by unreliable internet, disasters, or infrastructure limitations.
