Description
Feature description
Git credential manager does not support USB security keys (in my case yubikeys). I cannot log in to Visual Studio Code due to corporate policy. The supported way is using a USB security key, which git credential manager does not support.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by identifying the authentication flow used by Git Credential Manager for Visual Studio Code and the required USB security-key support, then determine which provider and platforms are in scope. Done means users can authenticate with a YubiKey or other USB security key under the stated corporate policy.
