Feature description

I just installed 2.44, and it's good to see git credential-manager --help working again (cf #1517). However, some of that page looks as if it should be a table, but it is not being displayed that way. Here's a screenshot of part of the window in FireFox 123.0:

This is a request to make the display more intelligible.

Running on Windows Server 2019 version 1809.
