Description
Per discussion on Matrix we want to delegate the compression of kernel modules to solbuild so it can decompress at the same time. We should have a new key that defaults to true that causes any .ko files to be stripped (for dbginfo) and then zstd-compressed in place.

Research direction
Start by locating solbuild's configuration handling and the package-build path for kernel modules; the issue names no files or tests. Trace where .ko files are processed, then verify that the new key defaults to enabled and that stripping debug information followed by zstd compression occurs in place.
