Update Zynaddsubfx to use Zyn-fusion GUI (T7685)

Description
The default GUI for Zynaddsubfx is unintuitive and dated. The fusion GUI is an interface that most musicians will be used to and is more appealing to work with.

I have this almost working package.yml file. It has some problems with symlinking some directories. The error I get is ERRNO 21. Here is the log.
Also, since JACK is working now there is no reason to delete the JACK desktop file for Zynaddsubfx anymore.
What do you guys think?
