Why should this be included in the repository?

This VPN offer a free tier but the paid options are often way cheaper when there is a sale than proton for example and you can even create a cheap plan that include only a few loctions unlimited for cheap. They offer port fowarding, split tunneling and a lot of options in their app if i compare to proton.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

GPL-2.0

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

Everybody who wants a affordable private vpn but not paying the proton or other expensive vpn prices. I don't know exactly how many people would use it but since there is a lot of cheap plans and even a free option, It could be somewhere about 20 to 30% of vpn users in solus.

Confirm the GPL-2.0 redistribution information and determine the packaging and build requirements; done means the package is ready for inclusion in Solus.
