Nvidia open and closed drivers has the same title

Summary

After Doflicky removal normal users should use Discover to install their nvidia driver package. But nvidia-open and closed driver packages has the same name "Nvidia Graphics Driver".

Steps to reproduce

I have a GTX 1080 Ti and got a black screen after I accidentally installed the nvidia-open drivers. I changed the boot parameters to access the system, removed the open drivers, and installed the proprietary drivers to fix it, but this would be disastrous for a new Linux user.

Expected result

Their titles should differ, e.g. 'Nvidia Proprietary Driver' and 'Nvidia Open Driver.'

Also, the Nvidia Open Driver description should include a line like: 'This driver supports RTX and GTX 16xx series graphics cards.' That would make it easier for new users to see which driver supports which GPU.

Actual result

There are two packages both named 'Nvidia Graphics Driver', which is confusing.

Start by locating the package definitions for the Nvidia open and proprietary drivers in the packages repository and compare their displayed names and descriptions. Update the metadata so the titles distinguish the drivers and the open-driver description identifies supported RTX and GTX 16xx GPUs. Done means Discover presents two unambiguous driver choices.
