Why should this be included in the repository?

Solus is a great Linux distro and i use it on almost all my computers, but there is no way to do switching of GPU if you have a dual GPU setup. I propose to include envycontrol in Solus to solve this.
I hope to see this included in the near future :)

MIT

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?

All users who have gaming laptops and also those who have a workstation with both dgpu and igpu.
