budgie-control-ćenter does not open

Hello
since a while I'm unable to open the budgie control center. When I try to start it via console I get the following error:

Start by reproducing the crash with budgie-control-center on the reported Solus Polaris and Budgie 10.9.4 environment, then inspect the package and its runtime logs around the GLib g_strsplit assertion. Done means the control center opens from a console without the reported assertion or segmentation fault, with a regression check added if the package provides tests.
