Broke the functionality to set a password on first login
Steps to reproduce
- Add a new user via gnome-control-center
- Set the password to 'Set password on first login'
- Switch user and attempt to login to the new user via TTY or GDM
Expected result
A prompt to set a new password to appear
Actual result
A password is prompted for and disallows login
