Software Center warnings about budgie applets in Plasma

Summary

In Plasma, opening Software Center via command line produces warnings about Budgie apps
There is also a warning about an icon not being present in Breeze Chameleon Dark

Steps to reproduce

1. Open solus-sc from command line

Expected result

Software Center opens, there are no errors or warnings on command line

Actual result

Software Center opens, but I see the following on command line:

This is pretty low priority since it does not impede usability, and SC is going away in the foreseeable future

Reproduce the report by running solus-sc from a Plasma session and compare the terminal output with the listed Budgie applet and Breeze Chameleon Dark icon warnings. Trace the applet metadata and icon-theme issue described in the report; done means Software Center opens without those warnings.
