Description

### Problem Statement

Currently there is no way to link account notifications (e.g. Weekly reports and spend notifications) to slack channels. This requires users to receive these notifications individually over email. It would hold user to greater accountability if these notifications could be sent to a shared space, such as a Slack channel.

### Solution Brainstorm

Two ideas come to mind:

* Add account notifications to team settings, then when a channel is linked with a team they will get these enabled notifications in said channel.
* In the existing account notifications workflow, add the ability to specify a slack channel as recipient.

### Product Area

Alerts

We want to define a set of [lightweight metrics]() that SDKs can automatically collect for e.g. framework, language or platform, focusing only on signals that **do NOT overlap with Tracing**. Ideally these metrics should give a quick sense of app or runtime health, … while deeper investigation will still rely on traces or profiles.

Examples**:**

* Node.js runtime metrics (e.g., event loop delay, heap usage)
* Prisma-related metrics in Next.js
* Mobile CPU / memory usage to help surface potential ANRs or app hangs

**Candidate Metrics (add more below)**

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reconcile the two conflicting proposals and the unrelated metrics text in the issue, then clarify whether the work belongs in team settings or the account-notifications workflow. Done requires an agreed recipient/linking model and explicit acceptance criteria for Slack delivery.
