Resolve in next version is marking issues as resolved in the current version

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

I previously reported [a similar issue](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/69937), which was marked as resolved. but it's still not working for me:

Click on "Resolve" dropdown arrow and click on "The next release". Note that the "current release" option is listed as 2.0.4 (102).

### Expected Result

I would expect the issue to be marked as resolved in 2.0.5+.

### Actual Result

Instead, the issue is being marked as resolevd in 2.0.4 (102), the current release. See attached video in steps to reproduce.
