An option to not receive "Resolved" notifications for log alerts

### Problem Statement

I've set up log ingestion and monitoring and have created an alert that sends an email if ERROR logs are seen.
However, I also get a following notification about a "Resolved" state when logs are not seed, which I don't really need.

It would be great to be able to choose to receive an email when something happens, and not when it stops happening.

Start from the Alerts product area and trace how log alerts send notifications for triggered and Resolved states. Done means users can choose to receive the alert email without receiving the follow-up Resolved notification, while existing notification behavior remains available.
