[Issue Alerts] Expose Issue Short Ids - Alert Triggered Section

### Problem Statement

Sometimes I have issues in my alert triggered section that look really similar based on event title/message(s). Would be nice to have the "short id" of that issue exposed to easily search it in issue page later.

Expose "short id" in alert triggereds table view. Maybe, also allow for copy and paste?

Start by locating the Alert Triggered section and its table view in the Sentry interface, then trace how each issue is represented and linked to the issue page. Done means the issue short ID is visible for each alert-triggered issue, with copy and paste support only if the existing interface makes that behavior appropriate.
