### Steps to Reproduce
1. Open an issue
2. Use the filter events bar to filter event in the issue
3. Open tags summary for any tag
### Expected Result
The tag summary is derived only from events matching the filters.
### Actual Result
The filter is not applied to tags summary. See the two screenshots that show the same summary with and without filter. See environment, browser and user distribution is exactly the same with and without the browser name filter.
