Allow Jira issue creation to include screenshots

### Problem Statement

Using the feedback widget to send feedback with a captured screenshot. If we also set up an alert that creates a Jira issue upon receiving new Feedback with a screenshot, the resulting Jira issue only includes the feedback description without the screenshot.
