Add a view in context button for Explore > Logs

Add a "View In Context" feature when I find a log I want to dive deeper on.

After you query for a set of logs via some kind of filter, you can click a "View In Context" button where you can see all your logs, but the searched logs highlighted in some way.

In Sentry you can use the trace to do a similar kind of filter (go from logs query -> trace view to see all applicable logs), so this might be less priority for us compared to other logging tools.
