Add Non Fatal App Hang Rate Widget

Currently we can only see fatal app hang rate, we would like to see non fatal rate as well.

### Solution Brainstorm

Add a widget to mobile project overview screen with this rate for iOS + android.
Or, even better, expose the data so a widget can be built for it in dashboards.
