[Intergration Platform Publishing Modal] Block common domains

### Problem Statement

We need the support email for these publication requests to be associated with a non-common domain (i.e. a real business) blocking gmail, yahoo, etc. on submit will reduce back and forth with integrators

### Solution Brainstorm

this limitation already exists on signup and for the Sponsorship/Promo application forms - we could borrow that logic for this modal
