Feature request: YouTrack integration

### Problem Statement

Hello, at Authentic Vision we use Sentry Team (cloud), and would like to see issues in our ticketing system powered by YouTrack too.

It would be great if YouTrack could be considered for issue tracking integration in the future.

The API of YouTrack is very similar to that of Jira, its body is markdown, and a ticket is created with a single REST API call + Authorization header. YouTrack runs w/o license, no setup is required for development. Thank you!

(I understand our single request won't motivate implementation alone, but it would be great if we could leave this open for others to vote on, since there currently is no open ticket for YouTrack support.)
