Assignees appear to be changing on the issues tab

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in Sentry
2. Go to the Issues tab

### Expected Result

You can view the assignees of each issue normally.

### Actual Result

The assignees on the right side of the issue list appear to be changing. This behavior stops when refreshing the page.

From the customer:

> I am using chrome browser Version 135.0.7049.114 (Official Build) (64-bit).
> Yes, I noticed this behavior in other browsers(ex. firefox)
> Yes, I noticed this behavior in an incognito window as well.
