Uptime Status Page that's external facing

### Problem Statement

Two customers have asked me in the past 60days if we offer a Status page that can be external facing for the customer's own end users.

They're interested in Crons and Uptime monitors and that's already displayed in their sentry.io org but you have to be auth'd and logged into their sentry.io org to see it.

### Solution Brainstorm

Something similar to https://status.sentry.io/ but it shows the customer's services' uptime, and you don't have to be auth'd SSO'd into the customer's sentry org to view it.

For now, could always read the same info off of Sentry's API's and then host this info your self in a page.
