A more straightforward way to communicate Free plan can't invite member without reaching error messages

As an admin of a Sentry org on Developer plan, I was trying to invite a member to my Sentry org. I was getting a lot of error messages from adding a member. A better approach could be to relocate the "You have reached your 1 member limit...." UI message and the CTA button right on the Member page and disable the "Invite Members" button.


Start at the Member page and trace the current Invite Members flow, including the "You have reached your 1 member limit" message and its CTA. Done means the limit message and CTA appear on the Member page and the Invite Members button is disabled for this plan.
