Description
### Environment
SaaS (https://sentry.io/)
### Steps to Reproduce
When attempting to delete a newly created uptime monitor from the Alert Rules view, the "Delete" option appears in the dropdown but is non-functional. Clicking it does not trigger any action, nor does it result in any visible error or feedback.
Note: Old alerts work fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to: https://xxx.sentry.io/issues/alerts/rules/?project=xxx&statsPeriod=7d
Create and Locate the uptime monitor.
Click the ellipsis (...) under the Actions column.
Try to select Delete.
### Expected Result
A confirmation modal or deletion flow should trigger, allowing the user to remove the monitor.
Works when you go in to the edit section of an alert.
### Actual Result
Nothing happens. No UI change is observed.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Alert Rules view at /issues/alerts/rules/?project=xxx&statsPeriod=7d, using a newly created uptime monitor and the Actions ellipsis. Compare the non-functional Delete action with deletion from the alert edit section; done means the Alert Rules view opens the confirmation or deletion flow and removes the monitor.
