Custom Labels for Issue States

### Problem Statement

Can we Edit the Issues page fields to make a custom view? The ability to customize the Issues view) would drastically improve the user experience. Some of the predefined columns in the Issues view are not relevant to us, while the ones that are relevant cannot currently be added.

- Regressed
- Archived
- Resolved
