Description
### Problem Statement
Right now it does not appear that the GitHub integration is aware of the GitHub Issue integration. This means that the Sentry UI populates the available repos with ALL repos in an org as opposed to the ones that only have issues enabled.
### Solution Brainstorm
Is it possible to have the integration be aware of the GitHub Issue status of given repos and only show those with Issues enabled?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue, so first locate the GitHub integration code that populates repositories for Sentry's Settings integrations UI. Confirm how repository Issue status is exposed, then verify that repositories without Issues enabled are excluded while eligible repositories remain available.
