Description

### Problem Statement

We have specific templates setup for Jira bug reports, these are defined in Jira and automatically filled in by Jira if issue type is Bug. Sentry gives us its own template but that is to specific and to focused on the code and. not the impact on the user.

Sentry version:

Our own:

### Solution Brainstorm

Either automatically use the Jira template that is defined or give us an option to overwrite the default sentry version with the click of a button to the Jira one.

Research direction

Start with the Issue tracking modal and review how its current Sentry bug-report template is presented. Check how Jira issue types and templates are accessed, then define the completed behavior as showing or allowing selection of the Jira Bug template instead of only the default Sentry template.
