[Uptime] [Feature Request] Chain uptime monitors to handle cookies etc

### Problem Statement

Hello,

I'd like to request a feature where we can chain uptime monitors to support getting cookies and passing them to subsequent tests.

This would likely best be made generic, so that users could have the entire response object for the next step, if they needed it.
