### Steps to Reproduce

User is experiencing issues with user IDs in Sentry that are not syncing correctly with Okta. Specific user/example are listed in the Jira ticket.

### Expected Result

User IDs should sync correctly between Okta and Sentry to allow users to log in and pushed.

### Actual Result

There are mismatched IDs, causing login failures and errors in pushing users.
