p90 alert does triggers on p100

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a metric alert for transaction duration > p90 > 10 minute interval
2. Choose a specific transaction name and environment
3. Set the critical threshold to 30000 and the warning threshold to 10000
4. Receive 10 transactions with only one of them going over the warning threshold

### Expected Result

The alert is not triggered.

### Actual Result

The alert was triggered.
