Description
### Problem Statement
We're currently using Slack to comment on Sentry issues. This information is missing when looking at an issue in Sentry.
### Solution Brainstorm
1. At a minimum, comments to sentry alerts in Slack should be attached as activity-comment to a Sentry issue.
2. Ideally comments in Sentry itself, will be attached to the Thread in Slack.
