Description

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

I have noticed that in some cases I have a project selected in the issues section and issues from other projects start to appear in the table. I am attaching a screenshot where I am in the "harvester" project and the view shows an issue from firmscribe. Reloading the page fixes it, but I have found my self reloading too much lately due to this problem.

Steps:

1. Go to Sentry web app
2. Click on issues
3. Select a project from the drop down
4. Wait for an issue from another project to arrive.

### Expected Result

Only seeing the issues that belong to the project I selected

### Actual Result

I am seeing issues from other projects that I have not selected.

Research direction

Start in the Sentry web app's Issues view and reproduce the problem by selecting a project, then waiting for a new issue from another project. Compare the selected project with the issues shown after the new issue arrives, and verify that refreshing is no longer required and only issues from the selected project appear.
