More intervals between 4-24 hours

### Problem Statement

We are seeking to make an alert that tells us if errors have dropped to 0 for an extended period of time (signaling that our integration has broken).

Currently based on our baseline error rate 4 hour interval is slightly too small, and 24 hour interval is too big.

### Solution Brainstorm

Add 8,12,16,20 hour interval options.
