Description
### Problem Statement
Sentry Alerts send messages in Slack that can include tags that are relevant to the specific event that triggered the alert, but the link is an issue level alert, defaulting to either the last event or recommended event, which usually has different tags/properties. This is confusing for users who expected to see the event with the relevant tags.
### Solution Brainstorm
It would be useful to be able to toggle this behavior in the Alert integration to either create an Issue Link or Event Link depending on preference.
