Metric Alert Creation Broken for Certain Queries

### Environment

SaaS ([https://sentry.io/]())

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a metric alert
2. In 'Filter events', add `is:unresolved` and `error.handled:`
3. Notice the error message: `Internal error. Your query failed to run` (in the "Number of Errors" graph and popup)
4. Unable to save metric alert due to this error

### Expected Result

* There should not be an error message for this query
* The "Number of Errors" graph should render as expected
* Should be able to save the metric alert

### Actual Result

* Error message: `Internal error. Your query failed to run` appears in "Number of Errors" graph and popup

* Unable to save metric alert
